No invented urgency
No countdown timers. No discounts that expire at midnight and come back the next day. When a price changes, we tell you the date ahead of time, and the rate you signed up at stays locked.
The free tier is not a trial
Nothing in it expires and it never asks for a card. Free ends where paid coaching begins, not where a timer runs out.
Cancel any time, your work stays yours
Your data exports from your settings, the Magic Links you already shared keep resolving, and nothing you built is held hostage to a subscription. Within 14 days of your first charge, email support@futuremeanswered.com and we refund it in full, no reason required.
Your story is yours, and it does not train an AI
The assistant on your portfolio answers from what you put on that page, your blocks and the resume you attached. What you write in the journey is sent to our AI providers to generate your coaching, and it is not used to train their models. We do not sell your personal information.

Is the Free tier actually free, or is it a trial?
It's free, not a trial: nothing expires. You get 2 sessions a month in The Hot Seat interview simulator, 1 Magic Link, Modules 1-2 of the journey, and unlimited application logging with Work Search Log export, for as long as you want.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Email support@futuremeanswered.com within 14 days of your first charge on a paid plan and we refund it in full, no reason required. After that window, you can cancel any time and keep what you built.
Does my price ever go up?
No. Founding Professional is $29/mo, locked for life while you stay subscribed. The price only rises to $49/mo for new members once general availability opens.
Does the founding rate ever end?
The founding rate ends at general availability, when new members pay $49. We announce that date at least 30 days in advance, and existing subscribers keep their locked rate for as long as they stay subscribed.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription anytime from Settings → Billing, through Stripe's customer portal. No phone call or email required.
